We often see a spike in reservations during the Christmas holiday period as many prospective home buyers finally have the time to look for a new home. Despite the difficult year we’ve all had, over 50% of the properties at Meadows Green are reserved which demonstrates how sought after Blueprint homes in the Old Meadows have become.
Our reservation process is simple and has helped many home buyers get ahead of the pack and we’ve had great feedback. The reservation process is three simple steps:

Once you’ve chosen your home, independent advisors conduct a short review of your financial position. You do not pay anything for this, it is to help us understand your buying position; if you have a house to sell or you need a mortgage. We’ll also understand your requirements to make sure the home you’ve chosen is the right for your needs. We want all residents to be happy in their new homes so we’ll advise you if we think there is a more suitable option for you.
If you are in a position to buy and you would like to reserve a home you will need to sign a reservation form and pay a £1000 deposit. You can withdraw from the reservation at any time. If you decide to withdraw from the reservation you will be charged a £200 admin fee and refunded £800.
